In e-commerce, customers canceling the order is a prevalent thing, there are many reasons for order cancellation but “The customer is king”. We sympathize with the store owners but still have to do this. In this post, I will guide you on How To Cancel Order In Magento 2.

Steps To Cancel Order In Magento 2

Step 1: Log in to Magento 2 Admin Panel

Step 2: On the left menu, choose SALES -> Orders

Step 3: Click on the View button in the Action column of the order that you want to cancel.

Notice: Orders can only be canceled when in “Pending” status.

You will see full information of the order you selected.

Step 4: On the action bar at the top of the information, click on Cancel to cancel your order.

A popup message will appear to confirm that you want to cancel it. Select OK to confirm.

When successful, you will receive a confirmation notification as shown below
