In this post, I will guide you on How To Configure WYSIWYG Editor In Magento 2. The WYSIWYG editor can be used to edit the content on CMS pages and blocks, and in products and categories.

TinyMCE 4 is now the default WYSIWYG editor. The implemented version offers an improved user experience and supports a wide range of WYSIWYG plugins.

Steps To Configure WYSIWYG Editor In Magento 2

1. Log in to Admin Panel.

2. On the Admin Panel sidebar, go to Stores > Settings > Configuration.

3. In the left panel, choose GENERAL > Content Management.

4. Expand the WYSIWYG Options section.

5. Set Enable WYSIWYG Editor to your preference. The editor is “Enabled by Default”.

6. Set WYSIWYG Editor to the version of the TinyMCE editor that you want to use. TinyMCE 4 is the recommended and default editor.

7. Set Static URLs for Media Content in WYSIWYG to your preference for all media content that is entered with the WYSIWYG editor.

8. When complete, click Save Config button.
