Steps To Configure Magento 2 Newsletter
1. Log in to Admin Panel.
2. On the Admin Panel sidebar, go to Stores > Settings > Configuration.
3. In the left panel, choose CUSTOMERS > Newsletter
4. Expand the Subscription Options section
5. Configure Subscription Options.
- Allow Guest Subscription: Set to Yes to allow people who do not have an account with your store to subscribe to the newsletter.
- Set Need to Confirm to Yes to use the double opt-in process to confirm subscriptions.
- Confirmation Email Sender: Select the email sender.
- Confirmation Email Template: Select the email template.
- Success Email Sender: Select the email sender.
- Success Email Template: Select the email template.
- Unsubscription Email Sender: Select the email sender.
- Unsubscription Email Template: Select the email template.
6. When complete, click Save Config button.
