Magento 2 Admin Panel allows admin to manage many aspects of the store with many features. For some large stores, multiple administrators need to manage different aspects of the store for better store management and workload division for more efficiency. However, Magento 2’s default configuration does not allow this.

Enable the admin account sharing feature of Magento 2 can solve this problem for you. Let’s follow the below steps:

Steps To Allow Multiple Admin Login In Magento 2

Step 1: Log in to Admin Panel.

Step 2: On the Admin Panel sidebar, go to Stores > Settings > Configuration.

Step 3: In the left panel, choose ADVANCED > Admin.

Step 4: Expand the Security section.

Step 5: Set Admin Account Sharing to Yes.

Step 6: When complete, click Save Config button.
