Step 1: On the Admin Panel sidebar, go to Stores > Shipping > Packaging.

Step 2: Click Create New Packaging button.

Step 3: Fill out information to form.

• Tare Weight: Enter the weight of the empty package.
• Tare Wright Unit: Set Tare Unit to the unit of measurement that is used for the Tare Weight value.
• Maximum Weight: Enter the Maximum Weight that can be placed in the package.
• Maximum Weight Unit: Set Maximum Weight Unit to the unit of measurement that is used for the Maximum Weight value.

Step 4: Complete the options in the Outer Dimensions section.

• Length: Enter the package length measure the outer side.
• Width: Enter the package width measure the outer side.
• Height: Enter the package height measure the outer side.
• Unit: Select a unit of measure (cm, inch, m, mm, ft).

Step 5: Complete the options in the Inner Dimensions section.

• Length: Enter the package length measure the inner side.
• Width: Enter the package width measure the inner side.
• Height: Enter the package height measure the inner side.
• Unit: Select a unit of measure (cm, inch, m, mm, ft).

Step 6: Click Save button.
